Rockefeller Development Corporation:  Repositioned the retail space within The McGraw Hill Building, 1221 Avenue of the Americas. Converted an old Strawberry’s into Oceana’s new 18,800 sf flagship restaurant and Duane Reade into the very chic 48 Lounge.  

The Gansevoort Hotel Group: Fully leased the hotel’s retail portfolio throughout New York and Florida. Concluded over 100,000 sf in retail leases to tenants such as David Barton Gym & Spa, Cutler Salon, Artsee, Curve Apparel, Prime 112 and STK. 

Sherwood Equities: Fully leased the entire retail component of 1600 Broadway, an entire blockfront in Times Square, NYC. Secured M & M’s as the retail anchor, a 28,000 square foot lease with an aggregate value over $100 Million. Additional tenants include TMobile, Starbucks and L’Occitane.

T-Mobile’s National Retail Expansion: Completed 51 T-Mobile transactions on the East coast within a 12-month period.

Scoop Apparel’s National Expansion:  Represented Scoop in its national expansion starting with its flagship store in The Meatpacking District where they occupy 12,700 sf. Thereafter, Mogull Realty assisted Scoop in securing locations throughout the US in markets such as Chicago, Florida, Connecticut, East Hampton and New York.
